The project team focused on establishing and training Regional Technical Offices (RTOs) that serve the Union of Municipalities (UoM) for the District of Sour, Bint Jbeil and Jabal Amel. With technical input from UN-HABITAT project team worked to equip RTOs with technical expertise and management skills that would enable rebuilding as well as capacity building of affected homeowners to manage reconstruction
