Dokan Master Plan

With plans to develop the entire Dokan Lake area for real estate and tourism, increases the significance of Dokan town. The landscape master plan proposed builds on the exceptional landscape of the Zab valley to propose residential neighborhoods and a new town center at the meeting of the Zab River and the road from Sulaimaniya. Tourist features are suggested as part of an extensive amenity and leisure landscape.
