Overlooking to the west, and placed on the side of the terrain, the orientation of the house clearly provides a panoramic view of Beirut’s skyline on one hand, and the house terraces surrounded with pine trees on the other. The house levels extend into three, each level having its own identity and service .A Delonix regia tree welcomes the main entrance of the house, and a longitudinal swimming pool on the lowest level ends up the site plot allowing a clear visual exposure of the view.
